The above form (1628) is a requirement for all people who are willing to volunteer their time with our children. Participation as a volunteer is a match between the kids and an adult. The Board of Directors reserve the right to decide whether a person is suitable to work with the kids or in other positions within RBYSL. Filling out the above form (1628), does not imply that you are approved to coach. Those who wish to coach, still need to have final approval by the RBYSL board of directors.
