RBYSL Fall Registration Now Open!

Walk in Registration will be held:
May 5 from 9:30 to 2:00 at the Red Bluff Soccer Field
May 19 from 9:30 to 2:00 at the Red Bluff Soccer Field
June 1 from 5:30 to 8:00 at Round Table Pizza
Fees
- U-6 to U-8 = $65.00
- U-10 = $70.00
- U-12 to U-19 = $75.00
- Family Cap (3 or more players) = $195.00
Requirements:
- 1” x 1″ Color photo of your child with their name written on the back. (For Children playing U12 and above)
- A COPY of an official county or state issued birth certificate, passport, and alien registration card issued by the U.S. Government, CA current Drivers License, or ID card issued by the D.M.V.
- NOTE: If your child played in the spring 2011 or fall 2011 seasons, and you submitted proof of age, you are not required to submit it again.
- HOSPITAL ISSUED CERTIFICATES, BAPTISM CERTIFICATES, OR OTHER RELIGIOUS CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF AGE.

The Final Walk in Registration will be held:
Friday February 10th at Round Table Pizza from 5:30pm to 8pm
- U6 to U8 =$55.00
- U10 = $60.00
- U12 to U19 = $65.00
- Family Cap = $175 (3 or more players)
- Please bring the appropriate fees and documents required with you to registration
All registrations received after February 10th will incur a $10.00 late fee!
Registration fee’s beginning 2/11/12
- U6 to U8 =$65.00
- U10 = $70.00
- U12 to U19 = $75.00
- Family Cap = $185 (3 or more players)
(Late registration’s are accepted on a first come first serve basis.)
